Hi Catarina ~ Thanks for your comment - much appreciated. I believe our team also aligns with you around holding lists very lightly - not turning them into rigid rules or principles. I think you'll find that our team takes an approach to this territory with an appreciation for subtlety and not-knowing.

And I encourage you to post your thoughts to our Community Hub once we get going. That is really the home for our cohort engagement and where you'll find some rich conversations and inquiries. We look forward to the perspectives that you'll be bringing forward from the culture and context you're holding. :-)

I am often uncomfortable with boiling down complexity into a list. I always have the feeling that it reflects a certain degree of rigidity and lists are often incomplete. Human interactions are prone to infinite variables. The way in which we perceive and interact with difference or diversity is very different from one culture to another. Diversity is in my experience the ingredient of life itself . Should be celebrated and appreciated as it triggers a vibrant ecosystem. Why are certain cultures so uncomfortable with diversity ? United in diversity is European Union’s moto . It’s hard . But it’s the pepper and salt of who we are .
