12 Months of Continued Practice
Mastermind Case Study Groups
With Rob McNamara
Monthly Case Study Groups are designed to provide a regular opportunity for coaching skills development, practice, feedback, and a place to engage with peers from our Developmental Coaching Mastermind Program.
Here’s how it works:
Monthly case study zoom sessions will be one hour long, led by Rob McNamara. Sessions will take place on the last monday of each month, at 9:00 am Mountain Time.
Prior to each session, participants will receive an email with a case study form – consisting of a few questions about your client. If you’d like to submit a case study, simply fill out the form to be considered. Rob will select 2 case studies to cover in each monthly session.
Case studies are opportunities for you to bring coaching challenges to a rigorous forum for feedback and coaching. With each case study, you may request that feedback is either oriented to your development as a coach, or to your coaching interventions and approach with your client. Based on the type of support you’re seeking for your case study, Rob will coach and support you with your specific coaching challenge and / or growth edge. There will be opportunity for feedback and input from fellow DCMM graduates as well.

Triads with fellow DCMM Coaches
Based on your feedback and desire for more opportunities to engage with each other, we will be curating practice triads for those of you who would like to commit to being in a triad. Here’s how it will work:
If you elect the Case Study Group + Triad option (below), we’ll place you in a triad, and get you connected initially with each other. You’ll decide as a group when and how often you’d like to meet monthly. Rob will provide some guiding framing and suggestions for how to engage in a triad, and the purpose and orientation for them. Over the year, he will provide monthly material for triads — e.g. suggested practices, questions, inquiry that you may engage in (we’re still designing this aspect). Triads will receive monthly emails with this material to support rich engagement and meaningful practice.
All Case Study Group Participants will Receive:
-> Recordings of all monthly case study calls
-> A minimum of 2 of your own case studies selected
-> Access to a case study discussion forum
-> Timely, warm and supportive program reminders and encouragement!
