Next Stage Facilitation™ introduces leaders and facilitators to the core competencies for working in fluid and creative ways with a wide range of complex group dynamics.

This online course orients you to the foundational skills and frameworks for learning an integral approach to facilitation. Next Stage Facilitation Online includes the same materials as our live 3-day Next Stage Facilitation training, and includes personalized coaching support.

Both this online course and our live 3-day Next Stage Facilitation Intensive fulfill the prerequisite for the 6-month Integral Facilitator Certificate Program.

This program is designed for people with experience leading or facilitating groups. It is not a foundational skills program and therefore is not suitable for those looking for an introduction to facilitation methods. The online course is exclusively for registrants in the 2020 European IF Certificate Program Cohort.

Yes, although each profession has different standards. We can work with you to provide the agenda and CEU hours. Depending on your registrar or professional organization’s requirements, you may have to repackage the information about our training. We cannot guarantee that it will be accepted, but we will gladly provide you with the required information about the course that will support your application.

The course & coaching includes:

  • 10 Hours of integrated curriculum and reflection practice from four distinct areas: Adult Developmental (theory and practice), Facilitator Skills and Techniques, Integral Theory, Mindfulness and Awareness Practice.
  • A one on one 90 minute coaching session to integrate your learning with a Ten Directions Coach.
  • Access to seven self-directed modules with teaching videos, exercises, summaries, reflection activities, and quizzes:
