Each weekly lab session is 2 hours long, is guided by a Next Stage Faculty Coach, and involves live facilitation practice, coaching, feedback, discussion, and small group experimentation. In particular, our time together is designed to provoke each of us into a greater awareness of how our intention, behaviors, and way of being are impacting others. Building on our shared context of core Next Stage learning, we will look even more closely at how we can “turn the dial” on group energy, coherence, sameness and difference.
We will place special attention on becoming more attuned to the subtle feedback that is always coming to us from others, which helps us to be a more sensitive instrument and respond more skillfully in the moment.
Our upcoming Next Stage Practice Lab will begin on Monday, October 12th, and end on Monday, November 9th. Live sessions will be held on Zoom from 7:00 pm ET – 9:00 pm ET [4:00 – 6:00 pm PT].
