The world of work is becoming unrecognizable from even a decade ago. With changing technologies and global integration, as well as increasing diversity and complexity, it’s safe to assume our work lives will keep changing.
In a world of deep uncertainty and and continual adaptation, we need to upgrade the kind of leadership and facilitative skills that will bring coherence and meaning to the ways we show up and contribute.
This 2-hour gathering will offer you a taste of the emerging skills essential for the leaders, facilitators, social innovators and entrepreneurs of tomorrow! Led by Ten Directions’ Rebecca Ejo Colwell and Alana Felt, this is an opportunity to develop your own awareness around:
* Working with your ‘Self-As-Instrument’
* Working with the subtle energetics of groups
* Including and integrating diversity
* Working with polarities
This experiential event will bring you beyond your conceptual frameworks and into a more felt engagement with yourself, each other, and the We-space. Come and play with us!

Directions to Grace MacInnes Housing Coop Community Room:
The common room of Grace MacInnis Housing Co-op is located at 825 Salsbury Drive in Vancouver. Transit will involve the #20 either from downtown or from the other direction, which connects with the Skytrain at Broadway and Commercial. If you are driving, it is probably easiest to park on Adanac Street just east of Commercial Drive. You want to be on the pedestrian-only portion of Salsbury drive that passes through the little park at Adanac and Salsbury.
Enter through the front gates which face East onto the the park. Once you are through the front gate, go straight until you descend one set of steps and then hook 180 degrees right, go down that set of stairs, through the door and follow the signs until you reach the common room where you’ll find us. If you have trouble finding the room, please call or text at 604-442-3913.
