Weaving Alignment is a course we custom-designed for a Fortune 150 for software engineers, architects, and product owners.

This course addresses intra-personal, interpersonal, and facilitative skills for weaving alignment across teams, projects, stakeholders and divisions. The total learner time of this course is approximately 20 hours plus a personal coaching advisory session, delivered over 7 weeks.

This SHORT SAMPLE of the course includes:
– a teaching video which introduces the concept of alignment weaving,
– a lesson from the Intend module on emotional self leadership,
– two lessons from the Relate modules, covering core facilitative skills – “listening” and “reframing”. FYI – the reframing skill was especially valued by this audience.
