Terms and Conditions
Invoicing & Payments
Tuition covers all program elements plus the course site, and digital materials. Recommended reading list books are not included in the program tuition.
Internet and Zoom account access are the responsibility of each program participant and are not included in program tuition.
This Advanced Praxis program will be delivered entirely online.
Travel to any program intensives, meals, and accommodation (in-person intensives will only be part of the level 3 Capstone program post-vaccine) are the responsibility of each program participant and are not included in program tuition.
By making a deposit, your application will be reviewed, and if approved, we will invoice you for full tuition, less your deposit. If you are not successful, your deposit will be refunded prior to the program start date.
Your seat is not guaranteed until your payment is received. Invoices are payable upon receipt.
Payments are required by bank wire transfer in USD, and the cost of the wire is the responsibility of the registrant. Please consider the impact of (hidden) banking fees and you may wish to research alternatives including Transferwise for international payments. Banking information will be provided with your invoice.
Storage, Access & Use Policy for Recorded Content
In this day and age of online learning and data that long outlives its creators, we seek to maintain a high degree of both rigor and transparency around our treatment and handling of online data. In particular, we wish to create a safe and strong container for learning online that enables you to participate with confidence, and supports our ability to retain and utilize the teaching content we provide online.
To that end, we have crafted this policy to specify our approach to the recording, storing and use of the content created within all three programs in the Integral Facilitator Certificate Path. The purpose of this policy is to ensure that the online learning environment privacy standards for this program are established in advance of the start of our online learning experience.
Recording Practices, Storage & Access
The live teaching will be recorded using the Zoom interactive meeting platform. Recordings are stored on the cloud service provided by Zoom, within the private user account owned by Ten Directions. Access to these recordings is available to agents and employees of Ten Directions and participants in the Integral Facilitator Certificate Path. Audio and video recordings will be made downloadable for all participants in the program. Additional copies of recorded sessions will be retained in the private cloud dropbox storage account of Ten Directions and on the personal computers of Ten Directions agents & employees. The Program recordings are protected by Ten Directions copyright.
Sharing & Use
The recording of the Integral Facilitator Certificate Path is to be distributed for personal use only to participants in the Integral Facilitator Certificate Path. Sharing or other redistribution of any part or whole of the recorded sessions constitutes a violation of copyright. Ten Directions reserves the right to re-purpose all or part of the recording of the Integral Facilitator Certificate Path in future trainings and programs.
My deposit confirms that I have read and agree to the Storage, Access and Use Policy for the recorded content produced in the Integral Facilitator Certificate Path.
Please be clear about your desire and commitment to this program before registering. In the unfortunate situation that you may need to withdraw, here are the cancellation terms.
For cancellations made prior to 45 days before the course start date, all payments made up to that date will be refunded, less the non-refundable deposit of $500.
For cancellations made 45 days, or fewer than 45 days, prior to the course start date, and for cancellations after the course start date, no refunds will be issued. Even if tuition is being paid in instalments or if payments have not been made on time, the full tuition amount will become immediately due and payable.
By submitting a deposit and application for the Advanced Praxis Immersion on the Integral Facilitator Certificate Path I agree to pay my invoice upon receipt. I understand and agree that if I withdraw from the course at any time, for any reason, within 45 days of the start date or once it has commenced, Ten Directions / Fourth Wave Strategy Inc. is entitled to retain the full tuition (and receive full payment as invoiced at registration) as consideration for assuming the responsibilities in undertaking the program.
I also understand and agree that if I withdraw from the course at any time, for any reason, prior to 45 days before the start date, Ten Directions / Fourth Wave Strategy Inc. is entitled to retain the non-refundable deposit of $500. By making this payment, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms.
