Heidi Helm, continually fascinated by leadership, human growth and organization, is a Developmental Coach and certified STAGES Scorer.

Heidi has a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development & Leadership, and is a Master in Integral Theory; including the vast arena of human development, philosophy, metatheory, shadow, typology, and consciousness. 

As a coach, Heidi is interested in the dynamics of trauma, its challenges and opportunities. She loves helping clients adopt sustainable methods for regulating behavior, mood and the autonomic nervous system capacities which are specific to their singular contexts, preferences, and capacities.

Heidi roots as a professional designer drive her creativity and innovation. She is a deeply intuitive connecter of dots, sees the big picture, and has a knack for envisioning the future.
