All phases of this facilitation review process are guided / supported by a Ten D coach. This is a powerful container in which to refine and elevate your way as a facilitative leader at any time of the year.
This element includes:
- An initial 1:1 coaching session to determine which skill focus would best serve you to practice.
- The submission of a video recorded facilitation experience for review – where you practiced
- Pre and post assignment, based on your area of focus and facilitation experience
- Ten D review of your video and assignments, including written feedback
